摘要
介绍了钻装机装运机构的组成结构及特点,分析了装运机构产生振动的原因,利用Pro/E和ANSYS软件对驱动装置进行了三维建模与模态分析,得到了此结构的模态频率和各阶振型。并给出了减小装运机构振动的措施,为装运机构的设计和改进提供了依据。
The paper introduces the structure and characteristics of loading and conveyance mechanism of loading and drilling machine, and analyzes the cause of vibration about loading and conveyance mechanism. The driving device is analyzed on the basis of 3D model built by ANSYS and Pro/E software and the modal frequency of the structure and the vibration mode are calculated. The reduction vibration measures of the loading and conveyance mechanism is given. The suggestions are developed to design and improvement of loading and conveyance mechanism.
