摘要
以氧杂环丁烷和丙烯酸酯为主要原料,加入一定量光引发剂配制成一种新型的光固化混杂体系。研究了混杂体系中引发剂的协同作用,结果显示自由基引发剂对阳离子引发剂有增感作用。通过吸水性测试、红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段研究了固化膜的性能,结果显示混杂固化膜的力学性能、耐溶剂性能和热稳定性要优于自由基固化膜,这是由于混杂体系在固化过程中形成了高分子互穿网络结构(IPN),其中混杂固化膜的拉伸强度为10.34 MPa,断裂伸长率为10.13%,冲击强度为15 kg·cm,附着力为1级,柔韧性小于3mm,耐丙酮来回擦拭次数为200次。
A novel UV-cured hybrid system was prepared by using oxetane and acrylate as main materials,a certain amount of photoinitiator was added into hybrid system.The synergistic effect of photoinitiators was researched,result showed cationic photoinitiator was sensitized by free radical photoinitiators.Properties of UV-cured films were studied by water absorption test,FTIR,TGA and SEM.The results showed that mechanical property,thermal stability and solvent resistance property of hybrid films were better than those of free radical films because of the formation of interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) during the curing process of hybrid system.The tensile strength of hybrid film was 10.34 MPa,elongation at break was 10.13%,impact strength was 15 cm· kg,adhesion grade was 1,flexibility was less than 3 mm,double acetone rubs was 200.
