摘要
为了研究布拉氏酵母菌(Saccharomyces boulardii)对菌群失调樱桃谷肉鸭的修复作用,试验采用单因子随机分组设计,选取25只25日龄的健康樱桃谷肉鸭分为正常对照组和抗生素组,正常对照组自由饮水,抗生素组按200 mL/只饮用添加氨苄青霉素(300 mg/L)的水10 d,成功建立菌群失调模型。对菌群失调组按不同剂量饲喂布拉氏酵母菌,连续饲喂15 d,观察粪便中的菌群及血液学和免疫器官指数的恢复情况。结果表明,布拉氏酵母菌能成功修复菌群失调樱桃谷肉鸭肠道中的大肠菌群、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌,并可使其血液学指标和免疫器官指数恢复至正常水平。
The reconstruction effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on dysbacteriosis cherry valley ducks were studied by singlefactor test. 30 ducks of 25 d was randomly divided into a control group and the antibiotic group. The control group were given free drink of water, the antibiotic group were given drink with 200 mL water of 300 mg/mL ampicillin for 10 days to establish dysbacteriosis model. Then different dose of Saccharomyces boulardii were fed to the dysbacteriosis ducks for 15 d. The microflora in fecal, the reconstruction of hematology and immune organ index were observed. The results showed that Saccharomyces boulardii could successfully reconstruct ducks intestinal microflora, such as E. Coli, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, and make most hematological parameters and immune organ index regain normal level.
