摘要 近年来发展起来的实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)技术是超声成像领域的一项重大突破,它使临床医师能够采用无创的方法,方便、立体地观察心脏的解剖结构,准确地评价心脏的舒缩功能。该文就RT-3DE技术在评价左心室形态、容积和左心室收缩功能、舒张功能以及左心室非同步性分析方面的研究进展予以综述,以促进RT-3DE在评价左心室功能方面的广泛应用。 Real-time throe-dimensional eehocardiography(RT-3DE) is a great breakthrough in ultrasonic imaging field, which can realize non-invasive, convenient, tridimensional observation of cardiac structure and accurate evaluation of cardiac systolic and diastolic function. Here is to make a review of the clinical application of RT-3DE in analyzing the left ventricular morphology, volume, systolic and diastolic function and asynchrony, in order to promote the wide application of RT-3DE in clinical evaluation of left ventricular function.
