摘要
磨料流工艺具有良好毛边去除及表面精加工能力,可有效的将孔壁表面杂质及其污染物去除。是一种先进的现代精密加工工艺。由于立式磨料流抛光机床在床身上产生的纵向力非常大,对机床的床身有比较苛刻的要求,所以机床床身以及支撑部件的研究就显得尤为重要。根据磨料流抛光机床的设备要求来进行床身框架的设计,使其满足机床的使用要求,并利用有限元分析软件分析所设计结构的应变情况,通过对结构进行优化,得出合理的床身结构。
