摘要
:21世纪将是知识经济时代 ,创新是知识经济发展的灵魂 ,企业只有不断地进行管理创新 ,才能在新世纪从容应对各种挑战 ,把握宝贵的发展机遇。本文以知识经济所引发的企业管理变化为背景 ,提出管理创新主体是由企业家、内企业家和知识工人三部分所构成的有机整体 ,据此分析了管理创新主体的结构功能。
th century is the era of knowledge economy, and innovation is the soul of knowledge economy. On this basis, only by management innovation can enterprises face the challenge easily and grasp good development opportunities. On the basis of the change of enterprise management caused by knowledge economy, this paper put forward an organic integer of the Principal Part of Management Innovation. The integer is composed of entrepreneur, interior entrepreneur, and knowledge worker. Framework function of the principal part of management innovation is also discussed on that basis.
