摘要
目的 提高对朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症的认识.方法 回顾性分析我院病理确诊的1例复发性成人肺朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症的临床资料,并进行相关文献分析,对肺朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症的临床表现及其诊治进行讨论.结果 朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症是一种病因不详、临床极易误诊、可累及全身各个系统的少见病,依靠典型的临床表现和病理学检查可诊断,治疗手段包括手术、化疗、放射及激素治疗.结论 典型临床病例结合文献分析,增加临床医师对肺朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症的了解,可提高早期诊治肺朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症的能力.
Objective To improve the understanding of adult recurrent pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis （PLCH）.Methods One case of adult recurrent PLCH was retrospectively analyzed,and the literatures related to this disease were searched to summarize and analyze the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Results Langerhans cell histiocytosis （LCH） is a rare and stubborn disease with scarcely active treatment till now.The diagnosis of LCH is based on histological and immunophenotypic examination of lesional tissue.The main feature is the morphologic identification of the characteristic LCH cells.The treatment of LCH included operation,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and hormone therapy.Conclusions Typical clinical case combined with literature analysis could improve the effect of diagnosis and treatment of PLCH.
