压电喷油器喷油规律影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于压电陶瓷的逆压电效应,设计了一种直接作用常闭式压电喷油器结构,并建立了压电喷油器的数学模型,验证了模型的准确性。利用仿真模型分析了喷油器关键结构参数对针阀升程、喷油率等特性的影响。研究结果表明:进、出油孔孔径选择应合适,以便产生理想的先缓后急的喷油规律;控制腔容积应取较小值,以提高喷油器的响应速度;针阀弹簧预紧力的大小应和喷油器的响应时间相匹配。 Based on the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics, a new type of piezoelectric structure of fuel injector has been designed. The numerical models are set up to simulate the piezoelectric in- jector. It can be concluded that the model is accuracy by experiment. Influence on the needle displacement, fuel injection flow and the fuel injection quantity have been analyzed by changing key structural parameters, which shows the oil enter and oil outlet hole should be appropriate, in order to produce the ideal slow after a quick first fuel injection rate; control volume should decrease as far as possible, to improve the response speed of fuel injector; the size of the spring pre-tightening force should match the injector response time.
