摘要
目的:探讨老年性股骨颈骨折患者实施髋关节置换术的临床护理分析。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年6月本科收治的80例老年股骨颈骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均实施人工髋关节置换术,对照组采用常规护理,而观察组根据患者不同情况采用有针对性的护理干预,观察比较两组患者的临床护理效果、护理服务满意率和并发症发生情况。结果:经临床手术治疗和术后康复护理后,观察组的总有效率97.5%明显高于对照组的80.0%,护理服务满意率100%明显高于对照组的82.5%,且并发症发生率10.0%明显低于对照组的57.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经临床研究证明,合理有效的护理干预对行髋关节置换术治疗的老年性股骨颈骨折患者有着良好的治疗效果,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing analysis of patients with senile femoral neck fracture in the treatment of hip replacement.Method：80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in our department from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with artificial hip replacement,the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention according to the different condition of patients.The effect of clinical nursing care,nursing service satisfaction rate and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After clinical surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation nursing,the total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%,it was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group,nursing service satisfaction rate of observation group was 100%,it was significantly higher than 82.5% of the control group, and the complication rate of observation group was 10.0%,it was significantly lower than 57.5% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Proved by clinical research,the reasonable and effective nursing intervention on patients with senile femoral neck in the treatment of hip replacement have a good treatment result,is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
