失禁相关性皮炎发生现状及其影响因素的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 2007年,美国学者首次建议将由大便或小便失禁引起的皮肤损伤称为失禁相关性皮炎（incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD）[1]。IAD是皮肤暴露于尿液或粪便中引起的皮肤炎症,是大小便失禁引起的临床常见并发症,直接影响患者的生活质量,增加护理人员的工作量。近年来国外的研究报道[1-8]显示,IAD的发生率波动范围较大,从5.6%至50.0%不等。
