柔性基层预制块铺面永久变形的环道试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过室内足尺环道试验,测试了级配碎石柔性基层预制块铺面永久变形特性,研究了平整度和接缝宽度随荷载作用次数的变化规律,分析了接缝宽度、砂垫层厚度、块体厚度和荷载作用次数对预制块铺面永久变形的影响。试验结果表明:在荷载作用下,预制块铺面接缝宽度变化的绝对数值未超过2 mm,接缝宽度与预制块铺面最终永久变形量成正相关,适宜的接缝宽度为3∽8 mm;在接缝宽度相同的情况下,砂垫层厚度对预制块铺面嵌挤状态的形成没有影响,但会影响铺面最终永久变形量大小,适宜的砂垫层厚度为2∽5 cm;块体厚度对于铺面永久变形的影响很小。基于室内试验结果,建立了混凝土预制块铺面的永久变形L与荷载作用次数N'之间的关系。 The permanent deformation characteristics of the graded gravel flexible base precast block pavement were tested by the full-scale indoor ring road test. And the influence of joint width, sand cushion thickness, block thickness and loading times on the precast block pavement permanent deformation was also analyzed. The results show that the absolute value of the joint width variation is less than 2 mm under the load ; there is a positive correlation between joint width and final perma- nent deformation; the right joint width is 3 - 8 mm; in the case of the same joint width, the thickness of the sand cushion inserts for precast block paving squeeze have no impact on the formation of the state, but have impact on the size of permanent deformation for the final pavement. Then the appropriate sand cushion thickness is 2 - 5 cm. Block thickness has little influence on pavement permanent deformation. And the relationship between permanent deformation L and load times N for the precast concrete block pavement was then established.
