摘要
由于证券市场的信息不对称性 ,强制性信息披露制度一直是世界各国证券市场规范管理的最重要的制度之一。尤为令人关注的是世界各国蓬勃发展的二板市场 ,更是明确地提出了“以信息披露为基础的市场”这一概念。本文认为 ,随着证券市场电子化与全球一体化的进展 ,不仅二板市场是“以信息披露为基础的市场”,而且主板市场同样将是“以信息披露为基础的市场”
Because of unsymmetry of information in stock market,c ompulsory information has always been the most important rules in the standardiz ed management of stock market in all countries.The thriving secondboard markets of the world especially put forward the concept “market based on information re velation”.This paper infers that with the advancement of electronization and gl obalization of stock market,not only the secondboard market but also the mainboa rd market will be the “market based on information revelation.”
