摘要
采用GB/T 20991-2007《个体防护装备鞋的测试方法》提供的方法,对安全鞋的外底耐磨性进行了测试,进而对测试方法中的一些问题进行了分析。测试发现,采用该方法,对于双密度聚合材料外底,取样及判定上存在着一定的分歧,建议在以后的有关鞋产品标准修订时,对具体指标确定进行研究和制定,从而确保检测结果的客观性和唯一性。
Adopting GB/T 20991-2007 Personal Protective Equipment--Test Methods for Footwear, the testing for abrasion resistance of outsole safety shoes were carried out and the data were analyzed. The result shows that there are some differences during sampling and judgment for dual-density polymer materials, and suggestions are offered for determination of the specific indicators, in a later revision for product footwear standards which should be researched and developed, in order to ensure detection results objectivity and uniqueness.
