摘要
传媒人才培养离不开媒体实践,在社会提供的媒体实践无法满足人才培养需要的情况下,高校搭建实验媒体是一种有效的补充办法。在媒介融合成为传媒发展的趋势背景下,业界对传媒人才的需求也正在发生着改变,朝着复合型、高层次的方向发展。为适应这种人才需求的变化的需要,论文探索通过建设报纸、广播、电视和网络等各种形式的媒体,以学生为主体,以专业教师为指导,以整合实验室资源为支撑,以学分认定和开放实验为鼓励,给学生提供各种媒体实践岗位。学生自主学习的能力得到激发,主动参与实验媒体的管理运行和各类媒介产品制作,不仅锻炼和提高了专业技术能力,而且在媒介经营管理和媒体策划等多方面都得到了发展,从而实现了集多种能力于一身的复合型人才的培养。
The training of media personnel cannot do without the media practice. If the condition of the social media practice can not meet the needs of train, then university sets up experimental media to be a supplementary. Under the background of media convergence, the needs of media talents are changing to high-level and inter-disciplinary talent. In order to meet the change, this article researched how to set up experimental media such as newspaper, broadcast, TV set and website, provide different posts for students with students as its main body, teachers as guidance, laboratory resources as support, and the credits and open experiment as encouragement. Students＇ ability of autonomous learning was stimulated; they participated the medias management, and produced kinds of media products. They improved riot only the professional technical ability but also the media management and media planning ability. The end realization training compound talents in various ability.
