糖尿病神经病变检查方法的选择及诊断分层的思考 被引量:20

摘要 糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一[1-3].病变可累及从中枢神经至神经肌接头的任何部位,可多个部位同时受损,造成了糖尿病神经病变患者临床表现的多样性,给临床诊断带来了很大困难[4].糖尿病神经病变的筛查方法较多[5-8],常用的糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的筛查方法包括踝反射、压力觉、振动觉、针刺觉、温度觉五种,多伦多神经病变筛查、足底压力测定、电生理检查等[9-10].因此,在众多的糖尿病神经病变检查方法中,不同的病变选择不同的筛查方法显得很重要.
