摘要
实施低碳发展不仅是建设生态文明的组成部分,也是实现经济转型的重要途径。青岛是山东省唯一入选的国家低碳试点城市,担负着低碳发展与创新的重要任务。要实现低碳城市创新,达到试点效果,起到示范作用,必须充分发挥本土优势,利用在工业、建筑、交通、能源、循环经济等方面的创新成果和技术积累,探索一条具有青岛特色的低碳城市发展模式和创新路径。
The implementation of low-carbon development is not only an integral part of the con- struction of ecological civilization, but also an important way to achieve economic transformation. Qingdao, the only elected national low-carbon pilot city in Shandong, is charged with the important task of low-carbon development and innovation. To achieve low-carbon city innovation, reach the pilot effect and serve as a model, we must give full play to local advantages, and make full use of innovation and technology accumulation in industry, construction, transportation, energy, recycling economy and other aspects to explore a low-carbon city development model with Qingdao characteristics and innovative paths.
