Deformation Mechanization and Construction Control of High Ground Stresses Soft Rock Tunnel in Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway

摘要 研究目的:兰渝铁路二叠系高地应力软岩隧道挤压变形是施工中的突出难题,在施工过程中过对软岩隧道的地质特征、地应力特征、变形特征、支护压力及支护破坏特征等进行监测分析,以便及时掌握高地应力软岩变形机理,确保施工的顺利进行。研究结论:通过研究表明:(1)随着埋深和地应力的增加,初期支护强度、支护结构刚度也应相应增加,否则容易出现坍塌,施工中采用套拱的方法能有效控制变形;(2)对兰渝铁路二叠系软岩大变形不应套用现行分级标准来划分,应结合施工实际确定与之相适应的支护结构及措施;(3)极高地应力对岩体稳定性的影响程度应结合工程实践进行具体分析,边墙及拱腰是施工大变形关键部位,需要及时调整施工参数和加强支护措施来确保施工的顺利进行;(4)本研究成果可应用于指导二叠系软岩隧道结构的设计和施工。 Research purposes: Crimp of high ground stresses soft rock is the prominent problems in Lanzhou - Chongqing Railway tunnel, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, the geological characteristics, stress characteristics, deformation behavior, support pressure and supporting destructive characteristics of soft rock tunnel are monitored and analyzed. Research conclusions:The monitoring data indicates that: ( 1 ) The initial support strength and supporting structure stiffness must increase correspondingly with the increase of inclined shaft depth and ground stresses, otherwise the tunnel is easy to collapse, and the method of using arch can effectively control the deformation during construction. (2) The current classification standard couldn' t be applied in large deformation of Lanzhou - Chongqing Railway Permian soft rock; it should be combined with the construction conditions to determine the corresponding supporting structure and construction measures. (3) The influence of high ground stress on the stability of rock mass should be combined with the engineering practice analysis, side wall and arch waist are the key parts of large deformation construction, construction parameters and supporting measures should be adjusted timely to ensure the smooth progress of the construction. (4) The results of study can provide guidance to the design and construction of Permian soft rock tunnel structure for future.
