腹股沟疝修补术局部浸润麻醉要点 被引量：13

摘要 国外大部分的开放腹股沟疝修补术都在局部麻醉下完成，而目前国内腹股沟疝修补大多仍采用硬膜外麻醉或全身麻醉。虽然疝修补术采用何种麻醉方式更为理想尚无定论，但随着局部麻醉的优势被广泛认识，局部麻醉必将成为择期腹股沟疝修补术的首选。
