摘要
基于互联网的开放式创新是对传统开放式创新模式的继承和扬弃,在创新参与者、创新理念、创新环境、创新边界、创新资源、创新方式、创新成本、创新绩效和创新困境等方面与传统封闭式创新和Henry Chesbrough提出的开放式创新模式存在重大差异。基于互联网的开放式创新模式由相互协同的核心系统和外围系统构成。外围系统包括创新环境系统、政策支持系统、技术支撑系统等子系统,核心系统包括战略定位系统、创新网络系统、价值创造系统、创新激励系统、价值实现系统和控制反馈系统等子系统。
Under the backgrounds of highlights of the current resource bottleneck and the environmental problems ,innova-tion have replaced the traditional tangible elements such as land and resources ,and become the essential force of socioeco-nomic development .The North Europe innovation research center pointed out ＆quot;one of the challenges of globalization is how to organize more open ,extensive contacts and international innovation .＆quot; Open innovation Based on the Internet , w hich is inheriting and fostering the open innovation ,is one of path to fulfill innovation .It has some significant differences with the traditional closed innovation and open innovation proposed by Henry Chesbrough in innovation participant ,inno-vation idea ,innovation environment ,innovation boundary ,innovation resource ,innovation type ,innovation cost ,innova-tion performance ,innovation dilemma and so on .Open innovation mode based on Internet is composed of multiple mutual coordination subsystems ,including innovation environment system ,policy support system ,technical support system as the peripheral system ,as well as the strategic positioning system ,innovation network system ,value creation system ,in-novation incentive system ,value achieving system and control feedback system as the core system .
