摘要
TiAl基合金因其低密度、高的弹性模量和比强度以及高温抗氧化性等特点而受到广泛的关注,成功应用于航空航天以及汽车工业等领域。但其较低的室温塑性限制了常温条件下的应用。主要讨论了TiAl基合金的室温脆性的影响因素,提出了解决室温脆性的方法,为改善合金的室温塑性提供了理论依据。
TiAl based alloys have received widespread attention because of their low density,high elastic modulus and strength and high-temperature oxidation resistance characteristics,thus have been successfully applied in some areas such as the aerospace and automotive industries.But the low room temperature ductility limits their application in ambient temperature conditions.The brittle nature of TiAl-based alloys at room temperature are discussed,proposing methods for solving the room temperature brittleness,which provide theoretical basis for improving the room temperature ductility of the alloy.
