摘要
肉牛产业是保障中国农业生产系统良性循环的重要环节,是推进中国城乡居民肉食消费结构改善的重要产业。自20世纪80年代以来,中国肉牛生产快速发展,但近年来随着农业机械化的快速发展和资源条件的变化等,出现了快速下滑趋势。在国内肉牛生产统计数据争议很大的现实背景下,基于统计资料的梳理和实地生产监测数据的佐证分析,较为准确地呈现了中国肉牛产业发展现状,并根据当前发展特点研判其未来发展趋势,为相关部门提出具有针对性的决策建议。总体而言,中国肉牛产业近年来下滑严重,牛肉价格快速上升,养殖效益开始好转,若这种市场格局持续下去,将会有力拉动肉牛业的恢复。
Beef cattle industry is important for the benign cycle of agricultural production systems and promoting the improvement of meat consumption structure of urban and rural residents in China. Since 1980s, the beef cattle production developed rapidly. But with the rapid changes of agricultural mechanization development and resource conditions, it has declined rapidly in recent years. As domestic beef production statistics is controversial, based on the statistical analysis of official data as well as the production monitoring data, this paper presented the current situation of China's beef cattle industry more accurately. We also analyzed the characteristics of current development and its future development trends to propose policy recommendations. Overall, China's beef cattle industry experienced a serious decline in recent years. Besides, the rapid rise of beef price, the improvement in the breeding efficiency and the continue of the beef market structure will greatly boost the recovery of beef cattle industry.
