摘要
通过对广州地区某大型筏基施工实例分析,探讨地下室高厚筏基底板混凝土裂缝成因及施工技术难点,对施工过程中混凝土温度应力进行计算,制定混凝土浇筑方案,并提出底板一次成型施工技术措施。施工结果表明,通过选取低水化热材料、合理控制温度应力、采取混凝土一次成型施工技术措施可有效避免施工冷缝,确保地下室复杂环境下高厚筏基底板具有良好的抗渗抗裂及整体性能。
An engineering example about a large engineering raft foundation in guangzhou , discussing the cracking genesis and the Construction difficulty about the high and thick reinforced concrete raft basement , calculating the temperature stress in the Construction ,formulating concrete pouring scheme and Putting forward construction technology forming at a time, the result Indicates that it may avoid the construction cold cracking though to choice the low hydration heat material and control temperature stress reasonably and form concrete at a time , ensures the raft basement bottom plate to have good seepage resistance and crack resistance and entirety on the complicated construction environment.
