摘要
在小型干馏装置中进行油页岩热解破碎特性实验,考察升温速率、热解终温、恒温时间对油页岩热破碎的影响。结果表明:提高升温速率、热解终温和延长恒温时间,均在不同程度上促进油页岩的热破碎。升温速率的影响主要体现在10℃/min之下,热解终温的影响主要体现在520℃以上,而恒温时间的影响主要是在2 h之前。经灰色关联计算,结果表明:热解终温对油页岩破碎产生的影响最大,升温速率次之,恒温时间最小。
The experiment about thermal fragmentation of oil shale was determined in a small retorting reactor. The factors affecting sample fragmentation were studied such as heating rate, final temperature of pyrolysis and residence time. The result indicates the fragmentation index increases with increasing of the heating rate, final temperature of pyrolysis and residence time individually. The effect of heating rate mainly occurs below 10℃/min, fragmentation take places only above 520℃, and the holding time affects thermal fragmentation obviously mainly before 2h. The extent of influence of operational parameters on fragmentation was studied with gray relational analysis method. The result indicates that the greatest factor of influence is the final temperature of pyrolysis, followed by the heating rate and the residence time is the minimum on thermal fragmentation.
