摘要
某体育场看台膜结构因支承钢结构构件存在不同程度的锈蚀需进行检测、鉴定。通过检测构件截面尺寸、防腐涂层厚度、焊缝内部质量、构件变形等,结合3D3S计算软件进行计算复核,并依据相关规范对该膜结构进行安全性鉴定。针对鉴定结论对该膜结构提出相应处理建议。
A stadium bleacher is need to be inspected and assessed because different degree of eorrosion in the bearing steel structure of a membrane structure. With detecting the section size of members, the thickness of anticon'osive coating, the welding quality, and the deformation of members, integrated with the design calculation review with the software 3D3S, and on the basis of the relevant codes, the safety appraisal for the bearing steel structure of membrane is executed. According to the appraisal conclusion on the bearing structure of the membrane, the corresponding treatment proposals were presented.
