骨钙素与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

摘要 骨钙素是一种由成骨细胞合成和分泌的非胶原蛋白,其分泌受到多种激素、维生素和细胞因子的调节.近年来研究发现骨钙素与机体能量代谢密切相关,具有调节脂肪含量、促进胰岛β细胞增殖、增强胰岛素敏感性等作用.而且与动脉粥样硬化严重程度相关,可能是一个血管保护因子,在动脉粥样硬化的发生中发挥一定作用.深入研究骨钙素的生物学作用可能为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新的靶点. Osteocalcin,which is a non-collagenous protein,is specifically synthetized and secreted by the osteoblast, and regulated by many kinds of hormones, vitamins and eytokines.Recently, studies have found that osteocalcin is related to energy metabolism, and plays important roles in regulating the content of fat, promoting the proliferation of islet β cells, enhancing insulin sensitivity and so on. Moreover, it is related to the severity of atherosclerosis, therefore it may be a vascular protection factor and plays a key role in the occurrence of atheroselerosis. Further study of the biological significance of osteocalein may provide new targets for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
