摘要
分析了农药混合装置原理,对射流器进行了关键参数的设计,应用Gambit建立射流器三维网格模型,应用Fluent仿真分析了射流口直径、引流口直径、引流口位置对引射流量的影响,提出了射流器结构参数优化设计的方法,为农药射流混合装置的设计提供了理论与方法。
Analyzed the principle of pesticide mixing device,designed the key parameters of jet device,applied the Gambit established the jet device three-dimensional grid model,applied the Fluent software simulation,analyzed the ejector flow influenced by the jet mouth diameter,ejector mouth diameter and the position of ejector mouth,proposed the design method of the parameters of the jet device structure optimization,provide the theory and method for design pesticide jet mixing device.
