我国植保机械常用喷头的研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:22

摘要 植保机械常用喷头的研究与生产跟不上农药的研究发展,是造成我国植保机械性能落后的主要原因之一。开展常用植保喷头的分析研究将为今后植保喷头的研制提供有力依据,对提高喷头的制造质量和研发新产品、尽快实现我国农业机械化等都具有重要意义。为此,详细阐述了植保机械常用喷头的研究现状,重点分析了当前喷头研究与生产中存在的问题,指出了科研条件落后和基础研究不足是我国植保行业面临的共同问题;植保用喷头品种少,规格单一,同型号喷头间性能差异性大,没有标准化、系列化、成套化,故而加工质量得不到保证,这是制约我国植保机械进一步发展的最大障碍;最后,给出了改进我国植保常用喷头的几点建议,同时对未来植保机械常用喷头的发展方向进行了初步探讨。 The situantion that the research and production of the nozzles which are widely used in plant protection machinery are not keeping up with the research and devopment of pesticide is leading to poor mechanical properties of plant protection machine,Which is one of the main reasons.To carry out analysis and study of plant protection nozzle will build a foundation for the future development of the nozzles,improving manufacturing quality and developing new products,it is important for agricultural mechanization in China as soon as possible.This paper describes the research on plant protection nozzles in detail,focusing on analysis of the current study and problems during the research and produce of nozzles,Pointing that poor research conditions,lack of basic research,are common problems for Chinese crop protection industry;there are fewer product categories,and single specifications,large differences between the same type nozzle and did not form series,leading poor processing quality,which is the biggest obstacle to the further development of plant protection machinery.At last,there are some suggestions for improving the nozzles of plant protection,at the same time the paper shows a preliminary study on the direction of future development of the nozzle.
