摘要
目的:观察超微针刀松解术联合新型生物材料PPDO进行埋线治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将90例痤疮患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组采用超微针刀松解术配合PPDO微创埋线治疗,对照组采用PPDO微创埋线治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程,并随访3个月对比疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为84.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超微针刀联PPDO微创埋线治疗痤疮具有良好的临床疗效,而且治疗方便,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with novel biological material PPDO catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of acne.Method：90 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.Treatment group was given Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy,control group was treated by PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy.Two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment and were followed up for 3 months curative effect comparison. Result：The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,control group was 84.4%,there was statistical significance difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of acne has good curative effect,and convenient treatment,worthy of promotion.
