摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为单体,丙烯酸(AA)、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)和丙烯酸羟基丙酯(HPA)为功能性单体,采用核/壳乳液聚合法制备了水性涂料用丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。研究结果表明:该乳液的平均相对分子质量及其分布指数分别为408 548和24.27,Tg(玻璃化转变温度)为2.36℃,最大热分解温度为360℃;由丙烯酸酯共聚乳液配制而成的水性涂料具有良好的耐酸性、耐碱性和耐热性,并且其附着力(0级)最大、光泽度(64.87%)较高。
With methyl methacrylate (MMA) , n-butyl acrylate (BA) and ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) as monomers, acrylic acid (AA) , ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) and hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) as functional monomers, an acrylate copolymer emulsion for waterborne coating was prepared by core/shell emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the average relative molecular mass and its distribution index of acrylate copolymer emulsion were 408 548 and 24.27 respectively, the Tg(glass transition temperature) and the maximal thermal decomposition temperature were 2.36 ℃ and 360 ℃ respectively. The waterborne coating prepared by the acrylate copolymer emulsion had the good some properties (such as acid resistance, alkali resistance and heat resistance), and it had the maximal adhesion(0 class) and higher glossiness(64.87%).
