摘要
针对包含不确定因素的模块化产品绿色优化设计问题,在产品功能-结构映射树的基础上,建立了其多重广义算子模型;论述了产品绿色优化设计准则和绿色度计算方法,建立了与多重广义算子模型相对应的多层不确定优化数学模型,采用"去模糊化"方法将其转化为确定性组合优化,然后采用遗传算法进行求解。以某桥式起重机起升装置的绿色配置设计为例,说明了模型建立及其求解的具体方法和步骤,其结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。
A iming at the problem of green optimal design on modular products with uncertain factors, we built its multi-layer generalized operator model on the basis of product function and structure mapping tree. The paper discusses the criteria of green product optimal design as well as the calculation approach of green degree. Before solving the problem by GA (Genetic Algorithm, GA), the multi-layer optimization mathematical model under uncertainty corresponding to the multi-layer generalized operator model is founded and then is converted to an ascertain model by de-fuzzy. The green configuration design on a crane lifting device is taken as an example to illustrate the detailed approach and procedure of modeling and solving. Its result confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
