摘要
文章从国内高校图书馆在数字参考咨询服务中的现状,探析了数字参考服务创新模式,并结合国外先进管理理念和经验,提出了整合数字参考咨询服务实施的操作模式。
This article from the domestic present situation of the library in the digital reference service in colleges and universities, from the viewpoint of digital reference service patterns of innovation, combined with foreign advanced management ideas and experience, puts forward the integration of digital reference service mode of operation, has certain feasibility.
