摘要
目的 观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛（黛力新）联合逍遥丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效及安全性.方法 选取2011年3月-2013年8月我院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者112例,将其随机分为治疗组60例和对照组52例.治疗组给予口服黛力新和逍遥丸治疗,对照组只给予口服黛力新治疗.采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定两组疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况.结果 对照组总有效率为82.7％ （43/52）,低于治疗组的95.0％ （57/60）（P＜0.05）.治疗前两组HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后治疗纽HAMD评分低于对照纽（P＜0.05）.治疗纽无明显不良反应发生,对照组2例患者出现失眠.结论 黛力新联合逍遥丸治疗脑卒中后抑郁效果明显,优于单一使用黛力新,可以在临床上积极推广.
Objective To analysis the effect of statins on patients with heart failure.Methods 76 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from December 2011 to November 2012 were divided into to statins group and non-statins group according to whether had the application before admission,each of 38 cases.The effect and blood lipid,LVEF before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total efficacy of statins group was 97.4%(37 /38),was higher than that of non-statins group of 73.7%(28 /38)(P < 0.05).Before treatment,the TC,LDL-C and LVEF showed no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05); after treatment,the TC,LDL-C in statins group were lower than those of non-statins group,LVEF was higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion Statins can effectively enhance the cardiac function and quality of life,improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure.
