摘要
目的：分析高龄骨科手术患者并发症的发生情况以及护理措施，以便更好地为患者服务。方法选择高龄骨科手术患者86例，采用简单随机化分组法分成观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组针对高龄患者的特点，有针对性地制订护理干预措施，防止术中并发症的发生。比较两组患者手术并发症的发生率及护理满意度。结果对照组患者满意度得分为（82．51±5．06）分，观察组满意度得分为（95．03±4．27）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝5．505，P＜0．05）。观察组患者术中并发症发生率4．7％，对照组25．6％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝12．412，P＜0．05）。结论对高龄患者有针对性的护理可以减少患者发生并发症的危险，使患者安全地度过围术期，是术后患者康复并且恢复肢体功能状态，减少患者病残率的重要手段。
Objective To analyze the situation of complications and the nursing measures for elderly patients with orthopedic operation in order to better service for patients .Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with orthopedic operation from March 2012 to April 2013 were chosen and divided into the control group and observation group according to the simple randomization method , each with 43 cases.The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the targeted nursing so as to prevent the incidence of complication during operation . The incidence rate of complication and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of patient satisfaction was （82.51 ±5.06） in the control group, and was （95.03 ±4.27） in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=5.505, P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication was 25.6% （7 cases of low temperature and chills , 1 cases of pulmonary embolism, 2 cases of hypotension, 1 case of arrhythmia） in the control group, and was 4.7%（2 cases of low temperature and chills ） in the observation group , and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =12.412, P〈0.05）.Conclusions The targeted nursing can greatly reduce the incidence of complication in elderly patients so that the patients can safely get through the operation period , and is an important means of reducing the morbidity and promoting the rehabilitation and restoration of limb function after operation in patients.
