超敏C反应蛋白与尿微量白蛋白诊断糖尿病性肾病的临床意义被引量：1

摘要目的探讨检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿微量白蛋白(mALB)对糖尿病性肾病(DN)患者诊断的临床意义。方法将我院于2012年11月至2013年10月收治的80例糖尿病患者分为糖尿病组48例和DN组32例,并选择30例健康体检者作为健康对照组,分别测定各组患者的hs-CRP和mALB水平。结果糖尿病组患者的hs-CRP与mALB水平与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DN组患者的hs-CRP与mALB水平与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);DN组患者的hs-CRP与mALB水平与糖尿病组比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论hs-CRP和mALB水平可反映DN患者的病变程度,可作为DN早期诊断的灵敏性指标。
