摘要
本文在阐明民营企业家能力、企业进入行为等概念和维度划分的基础上,对二者之间的关系进行了论证。并以浙江省民营企业作为调查样本,实证分析了企业家能力对企业进入行为的影响机制。研究结果表明,企业家发现机会能力、关系能力和风险承担能力越强,民营企业进入城市公用事业的可能性和进入程度会越大。
After clarifying the concepts and dimension division of private entrepreneur＆#39;s ability and entry behavior of pri-vate enterprises into urban public utilities , this paper studies the relation between the ability and the entry behavior .It investi-gates private enterprises in Zhejiang Province and analyses the impact mechanism of entrepreneurs ＆#39;ability on the entry behavior of their enterprises .The empirical analysis shows that the stronger opportunity-seeking ability , relationship ability and risk-bearing ability entrepreneurs have , the more likely and more deeply will private enterprises enter urban public utilities .
