摘要
城市公共交通服务质量是指城市公共交通服务的固有属性满足乘客要求的程度,其评价包括对多个感知要素的评价。从乘客感知的角度出发,提出了城市公共交通服务质量模型,并以兰州市为例进行了实证研究。结果表明:兰州市公共交通服务质量仅达到"一般水平",乘客个人基本特性是影响城市公共交通服务质量评价的重要因素。
The urban public traffic service quality refers to the degree to which the intrinsic nature of urban public traffic service meets the demands of passengers, its evaluation includes the evaluation of some perception elements. Starting from the angle of passengers' perception, this paper puts forward a model of urban public traffic service quality, and makes an empirical study taking Lanzhou City as an example, the results of which show that the urban public traffic service quality of Lanzhou City has just reached the average level, and passengers' personal basic feature is an important factor that influences the evaluation of urban public traffic service quality.
