摘要
研制了塑料杯组合体和纸杯组合体两类A类火灾试验用燃烧物标准样品。对标准样品的均匀性和稳定性进行了试验研究和数据分析,研究结果表明研制的标准样品均匀性良好,稳定性可靠。贮存稳定性试验表明,特定的贮存条件下,贮存稳定期超过12个月。采用8家权威实验室联合定值的方法确定了标准样品特性参数的标准值和不确定度。样品可用于火灾场景模拟及实验室间的测试设备比对。
The reference materials （RM） of standard combustion material with plastic cup assembly and paper cup assembly for class A fire test were developed. Experimental research was performed to study the combustion characterics of the RM, and the result indicated that the RMs had good homogeneity and stability. Experiment on storage satbility was performed and the result indicated that the RM could be stable more than 12 months under certain situation. Standard values and their un- certainties of the RMs ~ performance perameters were determined by eight authoritative labs. The RM can be used for fire simulation and comparation of test equipment.
