摘要
对眩晕的认识起源于《内经》,《内经》"因风、因虚致眩",汉?张仲景提出"因痰致眩"理论,汉唐则着重治风治痰治火,明代则强调补虚为眩晕主要疗法,主要以薛立斋和张景岳为主。从症状的主从及本证兼症等各方面,辨别虚实标本缓急,治标治本为中医的正确疗法。
