Experimental Efficiency Characteristics of Permanent Magnetic Coupling with Radial Flux

摘要 为研究径向磁通式永磁磁力耦合器的调速性能及能效特性,搭建了相应的能效测试平台,对其调速性能、耦合器自身损耗及能效特性进行了系统试验研究。试验结果表明,径向磁通式永磁磁力耦合器可在其输入转速的70%-95%范围内表现良好的调速性能。在此范围内,调速特性平滑、调速响应快。自身损耗呈先增大后减小的趋势,在耦合程度为16mm时自身损耗仅为20W。运行效率在调速范围内单调增大,当输出转速为2450r/min时运行效率达到95%。随着转速增加,运行最高效率可达98%,自身损耗仅11W,表现了良好的高效传动特性。 In order to study the speed regulation and efficiency characteristics of a permanent magnetic (PM) coupling with radial flux, the comprehensive experimental platform was established, by which the speed regulation, the efficiency and losses characteristics of the PM coupling were studied systematically. The results reveall that the PM coupling with radial flux has a smooth speed regulation characteristics and it can adjust output speed in the range of 70%- 95% of the input speed rapidly. Losses of the PM coupling with radial flux firstly increase and then decrease as the increase of the output speed, and the loss is 20 W when the coupling degree is 16 mm. The efficiency increases monotonously within the effective speed regulation range, and the efficiency is 95% when the speed reaches to 2 450 r/min. As the speed increasing, the maximum effective can reach to 98% and the loss is only 11 W, which shows excellent transmission characteristic with higher efficiency.
