加油站雷击静电检测系统的设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 加油站对雷击静电要求较高,弱静电信号在混合干扰性气体的环境中,静电离子的离散浓度和移动速度都发生明显的变化。一旦静电电荷被干扰气体干扰,发生电荷离散浓度变化,当前的检测系统的检测准确性将明显下降。为此提出一种加油站雷击静电检测系统的设计方法。采用气敏传感设备组成离散浓度采集模块,采用温度补偿的方式弥补误差,运用信号分类的软件算法,对干扰信号进行有效的去除,建立雷击风险预测模型,增强系统的检测准确性,克服传统方法的弊端。实践证明,该方法能够大幅减少加油站混合气体对静电荷分布的干扰,保证系统检测的准确性,取得了令人满意的结果。 Gas stations to lightning electrostatic the demand is higher, weak electrostatic signal interference in mixed gas, electrostatic ion of discrete concentration and movement speed are significant changes. Once the electrostatic charge is interference gas interference, happen charge discrete concentration change, the current detection system detection accu-racy will be decreased obviously. Therefore this paper puts forward a gas station lightning electrostatic detection system design method. By gas sensitive sensor equipment composition discrete concentration acquisition module, a temperature compensation way compensate error, using signal classification of software algorithm, the interference signal effectively re-move, the establishment of lightning risk prediction model, enhance system detection accuracy, overcome the disadvan-tages of traditional methods. The practice proved that this method can greatly reduce the gas station mixed gas to electro-static charge distribution of the interference, ensure the accuracy of the detection system, and achieved satisfactory re-sults.
