摘要
银杏叶提取物(EGb)含有黄酮类、内酯类、酚类等多种生物活性成分,具有广泛的生物学功能。本文概述了EGb的活性成分及其理化性质,并着重对EGb对动物免疫功能的调节研究进行阐述,为饲料级银杏叶提取物的广泛应用提供理论依据。
The extract of Ginkgo biloba（EGb） has general biological functions,which contain flavonoids,terpenoids, phenols et al.The active constituent of EGb and its physico-chemical property were stated in this article.While the immuo-modulatory effect of animals was emphasized in order to provide theores for EGb＇ s application in feed.
