摘要
生长了新型激光晶体 Gd Ca4O( BO3) 3:Pr3+ ,Yb3+ 和 Gd Ca4O( BO3) 3:Tb3+ ,Yb3+ (简称 Gd COB:Pr3+ ,Yb3+ 和 Gd COB:Tb3+ ,Yb3+ ) ,测量了这两种晶体的室温透过谱和偏振荧光谱。在 976 nm的二极管泵浦下 ,都发射出红色上转换荧光。分别讨论了 Gd COB:Pr3+ ,Yb3+和 Gd COB:Tb3+ ,Yb3+晶体中Yb3+→Pr3+和 Yb3+→
WT5”BZ]:Pr,Yb codoped and Tb,Yb codoped GdCOB crystals were grown for the first time to our knowledge.The transmittance spectrum and luminescence emission were measured at room temperature.Up conversion red light at about 700 nm were detected after Yb 3+ pulsed excitation at 974 nm.The mechanism of energy transfering from Yb 3+ to Pr 3+ and Tb 3+ were analyzed.
