溶胶凝胶法制备钙钛矿型LaFeO3薄膜及其在碱性水溶液中的电化学行为 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法在Si和Ni衬底上制备LaFeO3薄膜,研究退火处理对LaFeO3薄膜的相结构、形貌和成分的影响,及退火温度和环境温度对LaFeO3薄膜电化学性能的影响.结果表明:退火后2种衬底上的LaFeO3薄膜都具有钙钛矿型正交结构,随退火温度升高薄膜晶粒尺寸变大,Si和Ni衬底上制备的LaFeO3薄膜的最佳结晶温度分别是900、700℃.Si衬底上的LaFeO3薄膜退火后为颗粒膜,薄膜表面平整,与衬底接触良好,900℃退火后薄膜表面出现裂纹.Ni衬底上的LaFeO3薄膜退火后表面平整致密,800℃开始出现裂纹.室温(25℃)下LaFeO3薄膜电极首次放电容量很低,充电平台随退火温度变化有显著差别,700℃退火1h后具有最小的阴极极化和最大的放电容量.随水浴温度升高和循环次数增加,LaFeO3薄膜电极的放电容量有增加的趋势. LaFeO3 film was prepared by sol-gel method on Si and Ni substrate. The impact of anneal on the phase structure, morphology and composition of LaFeO3 film were investigated and the influences of annealing temperature and environment temperature on the electrochemical properties were investigated. The results show that the structure of annealed LaFeO3 film deposited on Si and Ni substrate is ortho- rhombic perovskite, grain size of the film increase with the annealing temperature, and crystallization of LaFeO3 film deposited on Si and Ni substrate is best after annealing at 900, 700 ℃ separately. Annealed LaFeO3 film deposited on Si is particle film, the surface of the film is smooth and connected well with the substrate, but the crackle occurred on the surface of the film after annealing at 900 ℃. The surface of the annealed film deposited on Ni is smooth and compact but the crackle occurred after annealing at 800℃. The initial capacity of LaFeO3 film electrode is low on room temperature(25 ℃ ), Charging platform is different as the annealing temperature changed, and the film annealing at 700℃ for 1 h have the smallest cathodic polarization and the highest discharge capacity. The discharge capacity of LaFeO3 film electrode increase with the environment temperature and circle times increased.
