摘要
文章基于归因理论与前人研究的理论背景,建立大学生知识共享的概念模型。从内部和外部因素分析了行为主体、客体刺激、背景对知识共享行为的影响,认为行为主体因素中的个体人格特质、动机、利他性、自我效能感,刺激客体中知识的特性(如专业性、隐含性等),背景因素中大学生所处校园文化环境共同影响大学生知识共享行为。并探讨了大学生知识共享行为内在发生机制,个体知识共享动机与意愿是知识共享行为发生的重要推动力。
This article, based on attribution theory and previous studies, built a conceptual model of college students' knowledge sharing. From the internal and external factors, it analyzed the impact of behavior subject, object stimuli, background on knowledge sharing behavior, pointed out that the the main factors of the behavior such as individual personality, motivation, altruism, self-efficacy, stimulus characteristics of knowledge objects (such as professional, implicit, etc. ), and the background factors in the environment of campus culture influenced college students' knowledge sharing behavior together. And it explored the internal mechanism of college students' knowledge sharing behavior, and found that the individual motivation and willingness were an important driving force of knowledge sharing behavior.
