摘要
结合陕西渭南G108线二级公路大修工程,设计了6种水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料配合比。通过室内试验研究了水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的击实特性,成型试件后通过力学试验,研究了水泥用量、铣刨料组成、温度以及养生龄期对混合料无侧限抗压强度、抗折强度和抗压回弹模量的影响规律。分析结果表明:水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的最大干密度随着面层和基层铣刨料含量的增加而减小,而最佳含水量随之增大;水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的抗压、抗折强度及其抗压回弹模量均随养生龄期和水泥用量的增加而增大,但随着试验温度升高而下降;掺入新碎石有助于提高混合料的强度和模量。在使用合理的情况下,水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的强度可达到3.2MPa,能够满足除特重交通以外的路面基层要求。
Six proportions of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling mixture were designed combining the overhaul project of G108 secondary road in Weinan,Shaanxi.Based on laboratory test, the compaction properties of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling mixture were studied.Through mechanics test of molding specimens,the influence laws of cement content,milling mixture composition, temperature and curing period on the unconfined compressive strength,rupture strength and compressive resilient modulus of mixture were studied.Analysis result shows that the maximum dry density of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling mixture declines with the increases of milling mixture contents in surface course and base course,but the optimum moisture content increases.The compressive strength,rupture strength,and compressive resilient modulus of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling mixture increase with the increases of curing period and cement content,but decreases with the increase of temperature.Incorporating new macadam is helpful to improve the strength and modulus of mixture.In the case of reasonable use,the strength of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling mixture can reach 3 .2 MPa,which can meet the requirement of pavement base except for over-heavy traffic.5 tabs,10 figs,20 refs.
