摘要
面对应用型人才培养的迫切需求,顶岗实习已经不再只是高职高专院校的常规教学环节,其在地方普通高校应用型专业的实践教学体系中同样具有重要的作用。阜阳师范学院近年来对动物科学专业顶岗实习进行了深入探索,一是建立稳定的满足顶岗实习要求的校外实习基地,二是安排充裕的时间并符合顶岗实习的阶段要求,三是高校与企业共同监督管理顶岗实习的全程,四是做好顶岗实习的"双向选择"选岗工作,五是制定与顶岗实习相适应的管理考核制度,六是关注实习学生的多重角色,七是顶岗实习要做出实效并争取当地政府的支持。
With the urgent social needs for the applied talents, internships is no longer just the typical conventional teaching link in vocational colleges, but it begins to occupy an important position in the practice teaching system of applied talents in regional colleges and universities in the transitional social period. Pilot experiment was done in animal science internships of Fuyang Teachers College in recent years and several important and effective measures were summarized： to establish a stable internships practice bases; to arrange sufficient time to meet the requirements of internships; to jointly supervise and manage the whole internship by universities and enterprises; to select posts by ＂two-way choice ＂ rules; to draw up management appraisal system suitable to internships; to concern about the multiple roles of student interns; to win the support of local governments.
