微管及其变化在皮肤病中的作用
Microtubule and funtion of its change in skin diseases
摘要
微管是细胞骨架的主要成分之一,几乎存在于所有的真核生物细胞之中。微管参与细胞的许多生理功能,构成细胞支架,支持和维持细胞的形态、维持胞膜内膜性细胞器的空间分布及其迁移、参与黑素颗粒、神经轴突的运输和细胞器的转运、参与细胞内信号转导及参与染色体的运动、调节细胞分裂等。微管在表皮细胞中也发挥作用,在许多皮肤病中发挥了一定作用。该文就微管与皮肤病之间的关系作一综述。
