摘要
针对Ti Mn基储氢合金循环稳定性差这一问题 ,提出了一个关于Ti Mn基储氢合金循环稳定性的简易模型 ,并引入两个表示储氢合金本征属性的因子 :活化特征因子 β和容量衰减因子A。采用该模型可以描述合金活化与容量衰减的全过程。实验测量了Ti0 .2 6Zr0 .0 7V0 .2 1Mn0 .1Ni0 .3Cr0 .0 3 和Ti0 .2 6Zr0 .0 7V0 .19Mn0 .1Ni0 .3Cr0 .0 5合金的活化与充放电循环过程 ,理论与实验有较好的吻合关系。
In view of bad cycle stability of Ti Mn based alloys, a simple model for the cycle life of Ti Mn hydrogen storage alloys was give. Two factors were introduced to indicate the intrinsic characteristic of hydrogen storage metal: active factor, β , and capacity degrade factor, A . The model can describe the whole process of activation and degradation. The activation and cycle process of two alloys: Ti 0.26 Zr 0.07 V 0.21 Mn 0.1 Ni 0.3 Cr 0.03 and Ti 0.26 Zr 0.07 V 0.19 Mn 0.1 Ni 0.3 Cr 0.05 were measured and the results agreed with the theory well.
