摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤联合银杏达莫注射液治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将98例中风后遗症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。两组均进行调整血压、血脂及功能锻炼等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤,治疗周期均为4周,治疗结束后评定疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分进行比较。结果:治疗结束后,观察组临床总有效率为89.80%,显著优于对照组的69.39%(P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合银杏达莫注射液治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效显著,值得在临床进行推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bu Yang Huan Five Decoction combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyri- damole injection in treating stroke sequela. Methods 98 patients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were adjusted blood pressure, blood lipids and functional exercise, on the basis of this, the patients in the observation group were treated with Bu Yang Huan Five Decoction for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical effects of two groups were evaluated, and the neural function defect score before and after treatment in two groups were com- pared. Results After the treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89. 80%, significantly better than that （69. 39% ） of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the neural function defect score of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effects of Bu Yang Huan Five Decoction Combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection in treating stroke sequela are significant, it is worthy of being recommended in the clinic.
