摘要
该设计是为实现对空压机性能的在线测试。设计主要包括传感器、数据采集卡和调理电路,并对所采集数据经过调理后传输到工控机进行处理。该设计能实现空压机的快速准确测试,并能实现被测参数在人机对话界面中的实时数字显示、性能曲线显示及生成数字报表等功能,便于工程技术人员使用。
The design of test system on mine air compressor performance is to achieve on-line testing of its performance. The design includes sensors, data acquisition card and conditioning circuits, and the collected data after conditioning are transmitted to the industrial computer for processing. The design enables fast and accurate testing of air compressor performance, and the parameters measured can be displayed in interactive interface as forms as real-time digital display, the performance curve display and digital reports display, which is convenient for the engineering and technical personnel to use.
